Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Atmosphäre, das Personal, und einfach auch das Publikum, also die anderen Gäste… alles war wunderbar. Lediglich, dass der Cappuccino an der Poolbar zwar in Porzellantassen, aber mit Holzlöffeln gereicht wurde, entsprach wortwörtlich nicht meinem Geschmack. 😎 (Eis mit Holzlöffeln mag ja gehen… aber Cappuccino mit Holzlöffeln - nein!) Das aber nur als Kleinigkeit am Rande. Für Gäste, die sich auf Teneriffa einfach wohl fühlen möchten und das nicht mitten im Massentourismus sondern bei gepflegter Atmosphäre mit traumhaften Blick auf das Meer sowie einer wunderschönen Garten- und Poolanlage, ist dieses Hotel genau die richtige Wahl.

Wonderful wintersun retreat overlooking costa adeje. We were happy we chose to stay in this area rather than La Caleta as its buzzier, has more restaurants options and lies directly on the nicest bit of the promenade (access via 5min down/uphill walk). Hotel did not feel busy at any point, and sunloungers were plenty. Was particularly impressed by the thoughtfulness of the staff, who left a free bottle of wine in our room after a few nights with noisy neighbors next door. Only a shame that they had cordonned off an area of the garden in front of our room, which somehow limited the sea views we could have had.

This was our second stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the excellent experience we had on our first visit. We chose to return specifically because the first time we were impressed with the wide range of vegetarian options and how accommodating and attentive the staff were. This time, however, vegetarian choices were very limited, and we did not experience the same level of care or effort from the staff. The room quality was average at best and noticeably below what we had previously. There was no turndown service, and toiletries and bottled water were not replenished during our stay. The bathroom layout was particularly poor, especially the toilet, which was positioned directly next to the wall, making it very uncomfortable and practically unusable. We did ask to change rooms due to this issue, but the staff were not accommodating. Breakfast was also a shambles, with the restaurant clearly short-staffed and food frequently not being replenished. Overall, we did not feel valued or made to feel special during this stay. Despite being advertised as a 5-star hotel, based on our experience we would rate it closer to a 4-star property. This visit was disappointing compared to our first, and we would reconsider returning in the future.

We had a garden room which was very spacious, indoors and out, with a huge, comfortable bed. The hotel staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The hotel grounds are immaculate, and there were always plenty of sunbeds and parasols around the pools, whatever the time of day.

Wer Rambazamba sucht, ist in dieser Gegend von Teneriffa absolut richtig. An der Südküste vom Flughafen entlang bis hinauf nach Los Gigantes sind über weite Strecken sozusagen nahtlos ein grosses Hotel nach dem andern gebaut worden. Wer hingegen eine eher etwas ruhigere Gegend bevorzugt, sollt sich im Norden umschauen. La Plantation del Sur ist mehr oder weniger ok. Das Zimmer war grosszügig eingerichtet und mit toller Sicht über die Pools und das Meer. Was sich nicht unbedingt lohnt, ist Halbpension zu buchen. Die abendlichen Buffets waren zwar einerseits grosszügig bemessen, wiesen jedoch kaum Unterschiede auf von einem Abend zum andern.

The hotel is fabulous. The only minor negative is I feel the sun beds are a bit close together. Staff are lovely, food delicious, Italian restaurant superb, prices reasonable.. Enjoyed the Pilates classes and the other entertainments.

El hotel es precioso, muy cómodo y tranquilo. La habitación muy bonita cuidada, limpia y con bastantes detalles. Las camas muy cómodas. El personal, en general muy amable y eficiente, pero había algunos miembros, que andaban un poco " despistados" para un hotel de esta categoría. Nos pareció un abuso el precio de las botellas de agua, tanto en el conedor, como para disfrutarlas en la habitación y más cuando el agua del grifo es imbebible. El bufet del desayuno es bastante bueno, pero el de las cenas, no era nada del otro mundo. A pensar de todo, lo pasamos muy bien y en general estuvimos muy agusto.
