"Here you get a small cheap room with not much nearby. Couldn’t find a beer at night. The small room was clean and the staff were nice. There’s no lift/elevator so if you’re on the 2nd floor or higher it’s just up and down the stairs. No phone in the room so every time you have a question for the front desk you have to go down the 2 or 3 flights of stairs. I was just there 1 night so it wasn’t much of a problem. Not sure what else is available in Lahad Datu."

"The property is basic, but well maintained and food is pretty good mostly. Beer available to buy. No wifi - but you can get a poor connection from receptionist's phone acting as hotspot. Friendly atmosphere. 3 days, 2 nights, equals 4 boat journeys, 1 day walk and 2 night walks.
