"Expensive room that doesn’t provide more than 2 bottles of water a day despite hot weather and price paid for the room. Our room was on the bend of the building so we felt a little squished as the balcony is smaller than other rooms. Bed was comfortable and wifi very strong and fast. Decent buffet breakfast, but very hectic trying to get tea/coffee/juice as one person doing all those whilst guests waited in small area. "The hotel is undergoing major renovations (installing new lifts and other works) so is noisy and a little untidy. The bathrooms are not very clean - there is mould and soap scum build up. The toilet seat in our bathroom was the wrong size so will shift when used (and give you a shock). If you have your own transport then the next issue does not arise. If you need a taxi you need to book in advance (the day before). There is a new shopping centre (Mydin) nearby and there are other shops within...

"Location is ok but overall I wouldn't come here again. Owner doesn't meet the guests. House is not used for quite long so furniture is dusty and porch is not swept (had to do it myself). Kitchen and bathrooms are not clean. Water pressure is low and no water supply in the hoses in the bathrooms. Washing machine is dirty and the kitchen floor is sticky. The lower kitchen cabinets have lots of broken cement and sand(apparently from a an incomplete work). The dish rack in the kitchen is rusty....

"Stayed in hotel after arriving too late to travel onwards to the islands. Check in was fine, but room itself was in a poor condition, with facilities very run down. The sheets and towels were dirty.
