"The property was beautiful. We had a separate apartment a few doors down and 3 floors up. There is no elevator and the stairwell is not lit. The hostess who showed us to our room did not explain the heating system, shower, heated (but not) towel rack. The living area was a hodge-podge of furniture and colors. An area rug would have added a lot 0f warmth and tied it together. It was not a good value for the money. "

"I am so happy I found this place and lucky that they had a room for us. Situated a stone's throw from form the Castillo di Vezio (which is the best 5 Euros you will spend) this place was an authentic Italian village charm. The owner was kind enough to arrange a ride for us since it was pouring rain and the hike up the hill via the cobble stone road was not something you will (or can do) with luggage. "Hotel Vischi was amazing - we have been traveling in Italy for 2.5 weeks and spent our last 2 nights here. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing also. We loved the area as it is quieter than the south of the lake but has plenty of walks and areas to bike ride. The ferry pickup is a short walk away. There is also ample free parking at the hotel. We used the spa (steam room and sauna. We used the hotel complimentary bikes to go on a 15k bike ride...

"It would have been nice to get a heads up on driving access to the site. They sent us a message that there is no check in after 11pm but no information about road access to the hotel. We had to drive around town to find a way to the entry to the hotel. Also, the reception wasn’t very friendly. Check in and check out. "
