“Comfortable living”
The band at the pool while having a meal was great.
“One of the best hotels in Accra”
The location is good. The food is ok and the hotel staff are warm. They just need more people at the reception as checking-in or checking-out takes a long time. Most of the airlines use the hotel and there is always a group of air stewards checking-in or checking-out!
“ACCRA EXPERIENCE”
At check-in I was told to wait for around 45 minutes as the rooms were not ready. Once I got to the room, I found out that it was a no smoking room (I had booked a smoking room). I was then transferred to another room (I had to speak to 2 people, one of whom was a senior) saying that it was a smoking room. A few minutes later, I realised that there was no ashtray and when I asked for one, I was told it will be delivered soon. I stayed in that room for 2 days and the ashtray never arrived. At the check-out, I was told they DO NOT accept American Express cards and I can only pay by Visa or Mastercard!!.
