To clarify. What led me to book at Peravi suites at the signature was the fact that I had stayed at the Signature before and it was good. This time the name " Peravi Suites" was added which I came to find was a management company that managed a two bedroom apartment owned by someone at the Signature building. When I arrived in Accra and texted and called the agent/manager on the WhatsApp number I was given, He said was ambiguous with how I should check in.
I liked the property a lot. It was spacious and in a managed building with good restaurants and amenities close by. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend it to others.
The staff was exceptional in the hotel, restaurants, and market. The only complaint would be that the prices in the restaurants and market were too high.
The room felt much smaller than it looked in the pictures, which was already a bit disappointing. What really bothered me, though, was the condition of the bedding. The comforter and throw pillows were clearly dirty and didn’t look like they had been properly cleaned.
To be fair, when I raised the issue, they did respond and changed the sheets. But later, I noticed the comforter itself was still filthy and had to ask again for it to be replaced. That’s when things became frustrating. Instead of simply fixing the issue, the host called me and questioned why I was asking for another change, as if I was being unreasonable. Honestly, that didn’t sit well with me. Basic cleanliness shouldn’t require multiple requests, and guests shouldn’t have to explain why dirty bedding needs to be replaced.
Although they eventually changed it, the way it was handled felt dismissive and a bit disrespectful.
Another disappointment was the restaurant. I ordered a breakfast meal (eggs and salmon), and the portion was surprisingly small for the price. It felt overpriced for what was served. When I brought it up, the reaction I got was laughter, which made the experience even worse. It came across as though my concern wasn’t taken seriously at all.
The only positive part of my stay was the security staff, they were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the reception staff were quite the opposite. They came across as cold, moody, and not very accommodating.
