“Great Hotel Downtown”
The stay at this hotel was wonderful. The service from them is unmatched and the rooms were wonderful. Great place to stay, will stay again.
“Good travel break”
clean, better than expected. Not very friendly tho. I will stop again next time we pass thru.
“Adequate”
A bit of trouble when I checked in - the desk clerk didn't tell me there was no hot water even after I mentioned I was coming off a 3 day train ride and was looking forward to a shower. So rather upsetting to be all stripped down, and nothing happens from the water tap. All was fixed in 2 hours, but wished she'd let me know. Location is not downtown, but about a 15 minute walk from the train station. Rack rate is a bit high. Quiet room, nice towels.

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpfull & friendly.
“Needs some some improvement”
There were so many electrical appliances pluged into the wall I had to unplug the microwave. So I could plug in my laptop. Room was big and clean the heater had the room nice and warm in a very short time.

I liked the hotel very much... Very clean... everything in order I had to attend an interview next day... so I needed everything in order... which thnakfully was cons: A shuttle to the station would have been great... About 2 miles away from Ellis Hospital.. If that's the place you are interviewing at.

Hotel was clean (but, was having work done while we were there) and staff was very courteous. We only stayed one night, so tough to write a thorough review.

Was ok place for the price last minute choice . One of the lower cost better ones in the town .
“Good place to spend the night.”
A good place to spend the night when you drive South. The price is very reasonable. Really nothing to do in the area besides taking a night rest. Albany is about 10 minutes drive away. Reception staff is exxxellent.

It was good for a one night stay but it was on the lower end on comfert and cleanliness. The blankts were stiff and the shower/bathroom was small. I liked that it had a microwave and refrigerator but the bed was uncomfertable. I wouldn't spend more then one day there.
