If is really close to the airport and that is a plus, but the property is not well maintained. There were water leaks on the halls. Floors and walls appeared dirty. There were roaches in my bathroom (2 different kinds). Overall the property appeared not well maintained. I will not recommended this hotel to anyone I care for.

We booked to stay a couple nights before our son played in a baseball tournament in Cooperstown. Never ended up staying. The room smelled like an ashtray and was 90 degrees inside. There was some sketchy stuff on the ironing board, my wife swears was blood. They offered another room that was cleaner but we were mentally out at that point. When our flight arrived about 9:30 pm no one answered the phone to send the shuttle to pick us up. We ended up taking a taxi. The staff was understanding and said they would refund the night we payed for and worked with Expedia to allow us to cancel our additional night without penalty. Very old and rundown, Wyndham should rethink putting their name on this property.

It has been an excellent stay. Staff is verry accommodating, helpful and very responsive to your needs. Clean rooms and literally on demand shuttle transportation. You are getting so much for your money. I have been staying here for a month due to work and I have nothing but great things to say.

I have stayed here before and liked it because the room is clean and the staff very helpful. I had a problem with my shower and they came immediately and fixed it and said if they couldn't they would move me. But they fixed it and everything was fine. Very helpful and great. Will stay again

It was convenient to the airport. They need a bigger hot water tank. Nothing like taking a cold shower when it's 12 degrees outside. They should be able to handle more than a couple of guests taking a shower at once and still have hot water.

Nice and clean. Staffs were good . Breakfast had plenty of options. Room, bedsheets ,towels and bathroom were clean. We were really happy to stay there for two days.
