"The P&P provision bar and Livingston Bar and restaurant was excellent! There was affordable and m delicious dishes. I really enjoyed the gumbo and berry mock tail from P & P late at night. And the next day I had a wonderful view of the fox theatre and a grand breakfast with the most amazing waiter named Earl at Livingston Bar and Restaurant. The front desk staff was especially helpful with getting taxis for me for my excursions in the city, my trip would have been a look harder without Thembela...

"My husband and I both slept well on the comfortable bed, We stayed on the 18th floor and it was very quiet. It is close to several restaurants. The staff is very helpful. I have stayed at the Grand Hyatt twice in the last 4 months and both have been excellent."

"Didn’t like the expensive daily parking fee. Also, this hotel chain was known for amazing breakfasts in the past - now it’s just like any other hotel. We didn’t really care for it, didn’t think hotel still serves great food. Add pancakes to breakfast menu too. The biggest selling point to stay at this hotel used to be breakfast- now it’s not."

"Front staff was fantastic and rooms were clean. Only knock I’d have on it, is the water pressure wasn’t as strong as I would like it but that opinion wasn’t shared in my group staying there. This place is great and will stay there again when I’m back next month "

"It was big, spacious, modern. Good value. There were issues with simple stuff though, that there really shouldn’t have been. There were 4 guests booked, but only two sets of towels provided, no linens for the pullout couch, half the daily care amenities were simply missing, and there was one (1) soup for all of us to share and that was a 99 cent soap pump for washing your hands. I didn’t know I had to bring my own soup??? I could have, or just brought the soap the other hotels provided to this...
