"This is a great place for anyone to stay but especially if you are coming from the U.S. The owner, Jean Yves and his partner lived in Los Angeles for several years. They are very friendly and extremely helpful. I was also greeted by their friendly dog. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and I especially enjoyed the fresh croissant and fruit. What's not to love about this place? "

The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do.
