Decent hotel if you need one near the airport. The pool is really nice and the staff were SO nice and helpful! They let us leave our luggage there after check out for quite some time since we had to go sort out SIM cards. My only complaint is that the bathroom felt dirty and there were stains on the walls as if a bird had gotten in and pooped on the walls in spots. Beds were comfy though and a/c was decent.

Awful Hotel. The rooms were stinky and unclean. Didn't have any windows and were full of dampness. We were given an option of two rooms and both rooms had faulty locks. The only thing good was breakfast. The staff was fine too. But the rooms were really awful. Would never choose to stay again.

The staffs weren’t very helpful nor accommodating, the room is very old , there were ants all over the room , even on our bed. And the air conditioning wasn’t working , making it very uncomfortable for us .

Had reserved a queen-size bed 3 weeks prior to stay, but they have no more rooms available on the actual day :( The traffic outside the hotel is horrible. It takes forever to get out of Kuta area :( There is no shelter from lobby to our room, had to get drenched during raining times. Also, rainwater is collected on the room entrance. No proper drainage system to drain out the water, thus easily attracts mosquitoes :( The main room door cannot be locked and cannot be shut tightly. There will always remain a small gap, this allowing outside mosquitoes to fly in. :( The toilet door lock is spoiled and cannot be closed properly too. The toilet door is translucent, causing the outside people to easily see the people in the bathroom doing business there :( The restaurant is very slow in service. Ordered only 2 main dishes and there is not many customers during our time of order, yet it took more than 15 minutes to serve :( The reception is not communicating and not working well with the spa team. The lobby reception asked us to book a time for spa with the spa front desk at 2nd level. The spa front desk asked us to book the spa through the reception. Pushing from one to another, in the end we did not manage to book an appointment for spa :( Fortunately, there are also few plus points about this hotel. It is very near to the airport. The bed & pillow are really comfortable, the TV has too many Hollywood movie channels and the buffet breakfast food taste great :)

The staff was very accommodating. We needed a early check in. We only stayed here because we needed a room close to the airport. We had a very late departure and needed a van and driver to the airport . The front desk neglected to arrange for the van as promised after confirming our request twice during the day. Otherwise good hotel for the money.

All areas of the property were at a good standard. Slight problem with design of shower and bath as flooded the bathroom every time it was used but not the end of the world. Reception Manager was excellent along with a restaurant Staff (especially Dian) Food was of a good standard.

The property is very close to the airport so it is very convenient to stay if you just need a hotel for one night while you sleep. For $26 it is hard to have a large complaint of any kind, but the property is not clean. When you touch things like the remote control or the light stand or the breakfast table, you just get that grimy feeling like you need to wash your hands immediately. This is a solid two star hotel, and for a very good price. It is what it is, right by the airport and very convenient.

I had hoped for a relaxing stay
I had booked four nights at this hotel because it was convenient to the airport, the beaches of Kuta and I liked the photos online. Unfortunately the hotel put me in a room that was noisy and uncomfortable. Later they told me I should have booked a room with one bed. They did eventually move me to a much nicer Villa room for the last night but this was after two nights of bad sleep after which I checked into a hotel around the corner to get some rest and a better breakfast buffet. I'm sure I would have enjoyed the stay much more if I had had the better room to begin with. Still there was a big difference in the two rooms for one hotel. Overall the facilities were not as nice as the photos, especially the pool and the dining area. I would however recommend the Villa room which was comfortable, private and quiet. It came with a refrigerator. There are two buildings to this hotel and I was in the back building first, then I was moved to a Villa room that was off of the pool and was much quieter without street noise and hall noise. The staff were very nice and so was the assistant manager when he understood that there was a problem.

Very nice hotel
Wonderful staff and great food. Very affordable and peaceful as its away from the traffic and main markets/shops. The pool is open to 11pm and the staff at the swim up bar are always very friendly and fun. People at front desk are kind and helpful too!

Friendliest Staff
Four of us spent a week at Best Western Kuta Villas and had a great time. The staff were very friendly and were more than happy to give us direction, order taxis or assist with anything in our rooms. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay if you are wanting to be close to everything but out of the hussle and hussle of Kuta. Top work team!

Best Western? More Like Worst Western!
The service was slow taking over 8 hours to make up the two rooms that were being used in our corridor. The food was not great and for the premium price they charge you deserve more. I particularly liked their buy one get one free cocktail deal in which they just doubled the price of the cocktail from the menu price. Cost of one s__ on the beach? $4.5 buy one get one free price. $9.0 staff spoke minimal English and either pleaded ignorance of outright ignored our feed back. I stayed there five nights. . . I won't get those 5 nights back. But maybe I can save you.

A quiet hotel near the airport
It is a quick 10-minute ride from Denpasar airport (Rp25k) to this ornate but modern and well maintained two-story / two-wing Best Western hotel offering great convenience, security, comfort and value for (relatively) small money. There is a beautiful swimming pool and (apparently) a spa for your first or last Bali-style pampering. Rooms in wing-1 (behind reception) have a unique "outside" bathroom and patio area (sounds odd, but it works!). Rooms in wing-2 (to the right of reception) are identical, but with a conventional enclosed bathroom with an outside patio (smoke in comfort). Fluffy pillows, fresh linen, ref., toiletries and quality bath towels complete the experience. My only complaint is that there were ants scurrying around the hand-basin; apparently addicted to the taste of cleaning materials. The breakfast buffet is terrific and the restaurant menu is extensive, with exotic daily specials. I ate outside along the street where there is a good selection of restaurants in the immediate area. Enjoyed a final Bintang beer and cigarette, while sitting just outside the local convenience store. Ah, the Bali life-style! The Best Western brand! Great!

We feel that we got a bargain, staying here. The biggest issue was the hot water not working, but we were promptly upgraded to another room. The service has been outstanding. We are still in our room due to an ash cloud from Mt Rinjani and the staff have been really helpful and settling during this process. We feel very safe at this hotel. We are in walking distance of many ammenities, but not directly in the party district. If you don't mind 20 minute walks or 5 minute taxi rides to get to waterbom, discovery shopping mall etc, then this place will work for you. The food is good and reasonably priced and the buffet breakfast got well used by me and my fiancé. The pool is nice and the swim-up bar is useful. They let us eat finger food there.

2 week family of 4 holiday in Bali
Near airport but not close. In Tuban next door to a mosque which was annoying to start (noise of call to prayer) but quickly didn't notice it. Nice large hotel with good pool and surrounds including swim up bar. Nice staff with varying levels of english. Double bed in room was very hard and uncomfortable. Single beds in kids room were comfortable. Restaurant was good as was supplied breakfast but it was very repetitive for such a long stay. Worst part was airport transfers included. Failed to arrived start and end until significant badgering of reception even though verified bookings made with ample time. nearly missed flight home (quite annoyed) and had to wait in the demanding transport throng at arrivals at the airport. Short cheap taxi to central Kuta but allowed you live away from hustle and bustle. Would recommend a stay here especially Agus on the bar - a ripper bloke

Good value Hotel close to the airport.
On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by very helpful, friendly staff. They had offered us a room update prior for no extra cost, we were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room complete with a plunge pool! The kingsize bed was extremely comfortable and a good nights sleep was had by both myself and my husband. The room was cleaned every day and the sheets were changed daily as well which was lovely. This is a very quiet, comfortable hotel and is certainly good value for money?

Good transit hotel
I was there for just 6 hours as I was on transit. The hotel and staff were good. My stay was pleasant. It is also not too expensive. Good location for anyone on transit as it is just 10 mins drive to airport.
