“Good Choice in Banff”
Reasonable rates, clean and good service.

1st we were upgraded and stayed at the Spruce Grove excellant hotel cant fault this hotel very friendly staff and very helpful highly recommend anyone staying there excellant facilities we shall be back in the future.

Temperature in the room was a little chilly. Guests have no way to control the temperature...we were offered extra blankets and the staff were helpful, but in colder weather this might be more of a concern.

Nice place to stay and you can go to the hot pool after a ki day!!Very good!! The hotel is 1,5 km from de best part of banff, 20 minutes walking.

We were "upgraded" to a larger room next door. Everything was very satisfactory, and the motel served as an excellent and convenient base of operations in Banff.

Overall stay was good apart from couple of thins, pool and sauna hours 10am-10pm so it can be used only on a rainy day and toilet bowl is very shellow, not comfortable for male
“Very good value”
The rooms are very reasonably priced for the area. Our room was large and confortable. Hotel is a couple of kilometers away from the centre, which is great if you like it a bit more quiet.
“Clean rooms”
If you're looking for a reasonably-priced clean room to stay in, this is the hotel for you. It is definitely a no-frills hotel. There are a lot of hotels in the area, and I think you could find a room that's a little more updated for about the same price.
