The resort offers vacation-style housekeeping service. This means that your suite will be cleaned before your arrival and upon your departure. For stays of more than 3 nights, housekeeping service will also be provided on the 4th day. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged; please contact our Guest Services Agents at check-in for further details. The resort subscribes to Ecostay sustainability program. A $2/night fee will be collected at check-out.

“Would stay there again”
This was our first stay at the Lodges and we completely enjoyed it. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The lodge is located a short walk away from the town centre, which is good if you want to get there easily while still being away from the noise. Amenities such as full kitchen, and in-room washer and dryer were extremely useful.
“Will definitely be back!”
My family and i stayed here for 5 days in mid August and absolutely loved it! We stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was more than enough room for the 4 of us. The suite was spacious and very clean and the beds were very comfortable (which is rare in hotels). We actually couldn't believe how awesome it was for the amount we paid...to get anything even close to this in a major centre would cost double the price or more. We chose to stay here because we wanted to visit both Calgary and Banff, but found that lodge type accomodation or larger rooms in either place were considerably more or not big enough. The trip to Calgary is only 45 minutes and Banff is around 10...totally worth the drive to stay in such a nice place. We loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. When booking ask if you can stay in phase 3; thats where our room was, it's the newest building there. Oh yeah, there were Aveda toiletries as well!!

“Looking forward to going back again”
The stay was very nice. Chgeck is was smooth and staff were pleasent. I was alittle disappointed that the 2 brdm we booked was actually a 1 bedroom and a loft bedroom type thing. By that I mean the 2nd bedroom did not have a door so it meant that when one family went to bed the other one had to be very quiet as noise was an issue within our own room. Other then that room was perfect. In the morning we had to ask to have the pool opened at 10:30am even though it was suppose to be open at 10am. We had to stand around in the cold waiting for the guy to come take off the cover but once we were in all was fine. I asked the front desk staff to recommeend a place for brunch buffet on Sudnay but the palce he recoomeended did not have a buffett or ever did so he was mistaken. Next time I'll do a bit more research about Canmore myself

“Great hotel”
We stayed here for Mother's Day '07 and are very happy with the service and quality of the resort. It was very easy to find driving from Calgary and it was walking distance to downtown Canmore. We rented a pet friendly, 2 bedroom suite and was totally impressed with the furnishings...from the Aveda toilettries, to the heavy metal front doors...everything in the suite was quality. Free underground parking and the heated outdoor pool were all nice touches. The view from the master bedroom was breathtaking. We will definetely come back to this hotel.

Spectacular Rocky Mountain views from the pool. Nicely appointed well equipped 2 bed condo. This place is all thumbs up!!!
“Cant wait to go back.”
This is a very clean,quiet hotel. I couldn't believe how well equipped the kitchen was. Everything you would need. The kids loved the pool. The people at the front desk was so friendly and polite. It was very easy to find. And the rate we paid was very reasonable. We would stay here again and would reccommend to anyone.
“Relaxing stay”
We were very happy with our stay and the quality of the hotel for the price we paid. Features we really liked were the king sized bed in the master bedroom, the comfortable bedding, the 2nd bathroom, the washer and dryer so we could dry bathing suits and do some laundry before returning home and the pool with a clean change room. We found our room was very quiet and we slept well. The only thing we could mention to improve the room would be that the bathrooms could use some hooks or a shelf to hang our own things on. Overall, we had a very relaxing stay and would return.
“Loved it”
This hotel is really a spacious condo. The beds were comfortable. Underground parking was great. The pool was warm and best of all was the location to Banff Park. We had great views of 3 Sisters Mt and cannot wait to return.
