"From beginning it was easy checking, stuff very nice and helpful. Food was absolutely delicious and so many varieties. We mostly eat sea food, vegetables and fruits. They serve most tastiest ice-cream i ever eat. Room was clean every day, fresh towels always in the room. Every night is shows or dancing. It was so mush fun. Highly recommended spa and couple massage."

"Our reception at Lopesan Costa Bavaro was great! Bladimir was very welcoming and helpful upon our arrival and departure. Dalitza working the buffet area was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A smile can go a long way :) Buffet was the best we've experienced at an all inclusive resort. MANY different options including a kids corner, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free. It is worth watching a video to get a better idea of how big the buffet actually is. The only thing I would say is if you are looking for a separate Adults only wing (rooms, restaurants for example), that is not really an option from what we experienced. Rooms are not dedicated specifically for families or adults only. They are mixed throughout the resort. The buffet has an adults only seating section once you have your food. There is also an adults only pool section, secluded from the other pools. Adults only section available at the beach however it is located directly beside the family section if you are looking for a more secluded area. The seaweed can be an issue however the staff works hard to clean the beach daily. The beach is wide which gives lots of clean space to walk. The resort landscaping is beautiful! Good bang for your buck. We will be returning to this resort."

"Nice hotel. Nothing extraordinary but just fine for us. A little far from downtown, but I loved the privacy and the service. We only had one waiter who was a little rude at Tierra’s restaurant, but everyone else was very friendly and helpful, especially Deiby, he was very friendly and always ready to help us out since the moment we arrived. Aneury was also fantastic every time we went to the Italian restaurant. No complaints on the facilities. We enjoyed our time there. The beach was great too. I recommend taking the bus if you want to explore the downtown area. It’s safe and cheaper than taxis or Uber. All in all, we had a pleasant vacation at Sunscape Coco. "

"The bartenders were great! Elvin and Pedro by the snack bar are wonderful! Elvin always came by to make sure we had everything we needed. The housekeeper MariCruz was not friendly at all. She was no where to be found until the day we checked out (i guess she was expecting us to tip her) When we arrived there was clumps of hair in the shower drain and chewed up gum on the floor. We had to ask for wash cloths and extra towels every day.our mini bar was not restocked. We had to bring our own water back to the room. Maricruz was heard in the hallway complaining how she has 25 rooms to clean in a day. (So unprofessional) All the other housekeepers were always friendly to bad they weren't our housekeeper. Our Butler Fednon, we only saw him on the first day of check in. We never saw him again. We text him to confirm our dinner reservations but He said he had an emergency. No other butler filled in for him we missed out on reserving dinner because of him. We were told by reservationist all restaurants were booked for the week. Our master suite was spacious and a great view. The nightclub was really nice the casino was ok. The food was delicious every day. I would not say this is a 5 star. The price we paid was def. Over priced. We usually stay in the presidential suite in Secrets Cap Cana. That is 5 star. (Btw was sold out) BeLive was a good choice we had fun and enjoyed most of the staff. Regulate the ppl holding beach chairs. "
