“business”

This definitely had a high percentage of business travelers. My stay was very pleasant, but I was woken up at 4:30am when my USA Today paper was thrown down in front of my door.

“wonderful stay”

I only stayed 3 days and I was going back and forth to a conference, but the hotel was great. Doesn't look like much from the outside if your from the West Coast; just a a clean, new brick hotel. But it is very clean, comfortable and the staff is very warm and hospitable.

“very nice hotel.”

We had a great time...my daughter only complaint was that there was no hot tub..but it was located around great restaurants and shopping area. We were very happy with out stay. Very good price.

“Wonderful hotel - staff is great!”

“As nice as advertised”

The hotel is relatively new -- it was nice and it was clean. The staff was friendly and eager to please. The pool and exercise room were also nice (as advertised) and clean. I would not recommend the restaurant, but there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

“very nice place to stay”

overall this hotel was great, clean, and had a good gym! My shower drain didn't work, but otherwise an all around good place to stay. Shopes and restaurants around the hotel in walking distance was also a bonus

“Impressed”

Everything I was looking for. The staff was attentive and very helpful.I also enjoyed the fitness center. Will go there next time I'm in Cleveland.
