The amazing staff at this property are to be commended for their professionalism and personal attention they extended to my family. I will definitely refer this hotel to friends and family and i already plan to stay at the Homewood Suites- Beachwood on a return trip to Cleveland.

We only stayed one night, everything was fine. I do think families live there, there were a lot of kids running around in pajamas and slippers, and the pool was bombarded with kids. No thanks.

We loved our stay here! We were traveling with our kids and we appreciated the space in the room as well as the full breakfast that’s served free every am. Housekeeping was impeccable and it’s close by several restaurants which made dinner easy! I would absolutely stay here again!

It was my bday & I was celebrating. I love how nice & welcoming especially with my name on the television. They provided everything as far as the utensils & pots & pans if I did wanted to cook. My son also of course loved being in the pool.

I’m a little baffled most of the reviews I read before booking praised this place for cleanliness. My room had a decent base clean, but was very outdated and dirty. The edges of the flooring were disgusting. The bottom of the shower had a brown ring staining a large portion of it. The staff were very friendly, the main area was clean and well kept. I’m not sure if I just got a bad room compared to others, but I felt grossed out my entire stay. I would not recommend.
