“Great mini anniversary get-away!”

It was Very inviting when we stepped inside. The Suites are so nice, clean and spacious! Everyone was so friendly, and nice. It was Beautiful inside & made us feel like Staying in & enjoying the hotel rather than going out. We really enjoyed the Meet and Greet, the whole idea of it was wonderful we've never been to anything like this before, AND This was wonderful for our mini anniversary get-away, we'll surely be staying again Just me and my husband.

“Excellent location and very nice and clean suites.”

My suite was very nice and clean. I extremely enjoyed the complimentary full breakfast. The pool was clean and the water temp was excellent. My check in was extremely fast. I really enjoyed my stay at this property and will be making reservations there for future travel to Cleveland.

“Comfortable spacious room - would come back”

The service is exceptional. The staff is professional. Breakfast is provided each day and is not something you have to prepare with equipment that doesn't work or is dirty. They make breakfast to your order. The hotel is in good condition and well maintained. Room service is efficient.

“good business hotel”

This was a good hotel to be in for business, getting back late left very few dinner options in the surrounding area ( unless you fight traffic and go 15 miles away). It compares well with other Embassy Suites I have stayed in for work outings.

“Very Impressed”

The hotel was conveniently located. Very nice restaurants surrounding the hotel. The hotel was very clean. Room was spacious and very clean. The bar area and restaurant was clean. The morning breakfast was vry busy to wait in line for cooked to order food but the food was very good.
