I really liked the micro and refridgerater plus all the other things. Some hotels don't have these in their room. It was comfortable.

The stay was great,,,,the continental breakfast was set up on time ,,,,this is a working mans place to stay ,,we had no problems ,,,,

It was fine. We had everything that was expected from a hotel room. I would use this hotel again.

“Almost perfect stay at this Super 8 Motel”

When we arrived, we found a clean room that actually smelled good! Beds were clean and so was the bathroom. Only complaint, was that the airconditioners don't work at night? They must have them on timers. And if you like big pillows, you might want to bring your own they have very thin ones. But the staff was helpful throughout our stay, and always very polite. Lots of good places to have dinner with friends nearby too. I would recommend this hotel, for the price, it was a great deal.

I was looking for an inexpensive hotel to break up my drive to Snowshoe. This definitely fit the mold.

It's ok. The location is convenient and lots of restaurants are nearby. The breakfast is just so so.

“not impressed”

I had booked 2 king NON smoking rooms. My elderly parents room reeked of cigerette smoke!! I had to ask for a different room, which I was given, but clear down the hall. I purposefully booked ahead to get 2 room close together. When smokers smoke in non smoker rooms, they need to be cleaned better than the regular dust,sweep change the sheets!!!!

“Not a good value for the price”

Starting with the good: The room doors were on the interior rather than the exterior of the building which was nice. Also, it's conveniently located right next to the interstate. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Now the bad: The place was pretty run down and there was a faint but very strange smell emanating from the bathroom sink. The walls are very thin- you can hear everything on every side of you plus all the noise from the interstate. The rooms were pretty small and had almost no plug-ins for appliances (besides the bathroom, I could only locate one that was within reach - behind the bed - so I had to drag the iron and ironing board over to the opposite wall to iron anything). Long story short, not a great value for the money. If I have to come back to town, I will find a different place to stay.
