"Breakfast was good. The hotel provided enough selections to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful. The carpet in our room had large stains. Other then that, it was a comfortable sleep, a good hot shower and plenty of towels.. "

"Honestly every category came up aces! Which i rarely ever see..so..hat's off to them. The same hotel in Kingsland had a couple samll problems..but in Beckley, perfect "

"Breakfast was decent and adequate. Good coffees and teas. Hot water and coffee readily available. Staff was attentive and helpful. Easy parking and clean adequate sized rooms. Comfortable bed! Elevator was broken and we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs. That was not great!!! "

"We were there off season so many amenities were not in service. Still enjoyed the property and its proximity to the River and hiking. They could run a dust mop under the furniture. "

"The room was dated, it has a sink in the counter, no kitchenette, no dishes or cups, the place was loud with kids running upstairs and the ones next door crying and yelling, it was like being at your crazy cousins house for the weekend. Bed was good but couch was bad, hurt my back"
