"The apartment (room 14) was compact with a bedroom, kitchen/diner and shower room. It was situated with pleasant views of Parker's Piece and equipped with everything we needed for a short stay, although my eldest found the futon a little hard. There was a problem with the hot water during our stay but this was promptly resolved when we brought it to their attention. The apartment is a short walk to the centre of Cambridge and we had a very enjoyable stay."

"The location is amazing, its so quiet. Walking from the car park to the room (which is less then a minute walk) all you could hear were the birds tweeting which was very relaxing. The room itself was nice and cosy, very clean and stocked with a kettle for tea and coffee which were supplied and a fan in the wardrobe, towels and toiletries. "The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...

"Everything was fine. Room was clean and does not smell. Onlt thing was the bed too soft for our liking. Plus, i liked that they have a communal kitchen which was reallt helpful when you wanr to cook your own meal instead of ordering from fast food! We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Thank you! "

"I was staying in the area for 3 days with work. I was considering a chain hotel but saw this on Hotels.com. It was reasonably priced and close to where I was working. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. It was a lovely little self contained cottage whee I could finish work and shut myself away from the world. There was a microwave and kettle although no oven or hob but there is a decent pub a few yards down the road for food. A lovely quiet oasis in a busy, frantic world"
