"Let us start by saying the staff and Hotel are very helpful clean and quite modern. The Hotel once we found it was very central to the old Town Bars And Tapas Bars stroke Alley. the room itself was clean and big enough for us with plenty of hangers and places to put your clothes. "Spent a week at the Hotel Benidorm Plaza and found it to be overall an excellent hotel. The restaurant staff were outstanding with a special mention to Miguel Angel, Rocio, Mauri and Patino who were always welcoming and looked after us amazingly well. The reception staff were all excellent but again a special mention to Reguar who assisted with a late checkout. The food in the restaurant was always good with a great variety of dishes available at each mealtime. My only grumble was that the veg were a little over cooked. The hotel has a lovely pool and several terraces you can use if you are not a fan of the beach. If you do like the beach it's only a ten minute walk away. Thank you for a great stay. "
