"Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open."

"Excellent service with staff being very particular and always aware of consumer needs. Food was excellent - not one dish let it down with variety of different options at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only issue was the air-con was extremely random and seemed to be locked meaning temperature could not be adjusted. The room was sometimes v. hot. Overall, would definitely return. Thank you "

"Lovely hotel 8n a great location. Quick check 8n and friendly staff. Do not tolerate anyone acting noisily. Rooms would benefit from better towels and toilet paper. Noise could be heard outside especially when the bins were emptied at 7.30am. Breakfast excellant"

"In general, the hotel needs rennovation and services to get better: medditeranean style is really cool and the territory is huge, but the terrace is not secured at all, your neighbor can just step over a low board and be on your terrace and if you are on the 1st or 2 floor, just in 3 m from you is a golf camp that you cant enjoy time on terrace and the golf ball could be dropped to your head. "The room was not really clean, i could see fingerprints on the TV, the shower screen and the wardrobes. The room is good size with comfy beds and the bath room is also good size. "Hotel was very clean and looks spectacular. We stayed out of season so was very quiet with not all restaurants open during our time there. Taxi into town around 15 minutes so not the end of the world. Only negative was finding out where everything is, very large hotel with not the greatest signposting. "

"Spent a week at the Hotel Benidorm Plaza and found it to be overall an excellent hotel. The restaurant staff were outstanding with a special mention to Miguel Angel, Rocio, Mauri and Patino who were always welcoming and looked after us amazingly well. The reception staff were all excellent but again a special mention to Reguar who assisted with a late checkout. The food in the restaurant was always good with a great variety of dishes available at each mealtime. My only grumble was that the veg were a little over cooked. The hotel has a lovely pool and several terraces you can use if you are not a fan of the beach. If you do like the beach it's only a ten minute walk away. Thank you for a great stay. "
