"Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open."

"Nice clean hotel has a good location however, breakfast very basic and the same every day. Pool tiny and indoors, not many staff around and bar never looks open. Be prepared to wait if you order a sandwich through the day because you could be waiting some time."

"The room was not really clean, i could see fingerprints on the TV, the shower screen and the wardrobes. The room is good size with comfy beds and the bath room is also good size. Nice balcony with views. All together a really nice hotel, but the lobby is unfortunately very dated and looks more like a college hub. The out door area with swimming pool is lovely. "Stayed here a few times over the years just for 1 night or two while visiting benidorm palace, it's just a 5 minute walk away and is ideal. Its always been clean and tidy but the refit is very modern, the staff are very friendly. "
