“Good simple place to stay”

This hotel was fine for us. We were in town for a couple of days on business and just needed a simple, no-frills hotel. This hotel isn't fancy, and doesn't offer many amenities (although the free wireless was nice) but it's perfect if you want an inexpensive place and don't need a 5-star level room.

This hotel was in a convenient location.The price was very good.The room was clean.The room was no frills,but more than adequate.Why pay more for a pool ot breakfast if you don't need it or not going to use it?

“Great Room!”

I was very satisfied with the hotel..overall..but I wish I had known that the hotel didn't offer ANY ammenities, such as decaf coffee, tissues, extra towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and most importantly for women, a hair dryer. Had I known this from the internet ad, I would have been more prepared. The room, however, was very nice!! The staff was very helpful and VERY courteous.

“GREAT place to stay! Awesome customer service!”

I was in town on business AND pleasure, and the only reason I was actually able to afford this hotel was due to a coupon I got from Expedia (THANKS Expedia!), because I'm not the wealthiest person in the world haha. The customer service was EXCELLENT, the room was always clean (had a TINY bit of a smoke smell, but I smoke so that's okay), and I think the only complaint I have is that the bathroom was so small. Good location between Downtown and the Galleria, safely lit parking lot, and clean grounds. Generally, an excellent stay, and I will certainly be back! Thanks, everyone!

the staff wasn't very friendly. was not open to give directions to nearby sites. needed an iron, none were available.
