“Late night call not appreciated”
It was a very pleasant stay. I thought it would be noisy later at night because it was New Years' Eve but it wasn't. The only thing I didn't like was getting a call at almost 11:00 pm from the front desk. Apparently the desk clerk didn't check me in altough I signed the check in form.

Room was clean and quiet. They are remodeling all the rooms in this hotel. Breakfast was fine. Staff was courteous.

This hotel was very nice, and well-maintained. It is located next to several restauants, an some shopping. The only negative was that it is a bit of a distance from downtown, not well suited for just walking around.

Everything was very clean. The breakfast had lots of choices and was staffed by a friendly lady who kept things stocked and cleaned up. Very quiet! The room was very comfortable.

“2 Day Get Away”
My wife and I had a very nice stay. Wife needed Apple Juice one night and asked the front desk if they had any, they added some to the machine and got me some - no questions asked. Very good customer service. Will visit again.

Only one little problem. Pool could have been a little warmer but teenagers still enjoyed it. Overall great room and good location.

Hotel is affordable, clean, very quiet and is located close to numerous restaurants and shopping centers. It offers a very nice continental breakfast with a great selection of items to choose from. It is my pick when I am in Bismarck.
“Solid stay”
Got the king bed with the jacuzzi suite for two nights. Was skeptical based on past reviews. The reviews pre September 2011 were terrible rating this as a two star hotel. The post renovation reviews were enough to convince us to stay there. Good points:jacuzzi was clean, hotel was quiet (although we thought the jacuzzi tub made some noise), staff was helpful. Bad points: couldn't see the TV well from the jacuzzi tub. We'd recommend that people stay at the Amercinn in Bismark and we would likely stay there again ourselves.
