Lots to love about this spot. My favorite was the kitchenette, with a near-full-size fridge and two countertop electric burners. The shower had good pressure and heat, the courtyard was a lovely space to hang with folks, and breakfast was tasty. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Bismarck.

Complimentary food control.

Hotel staff at front desk, were all friendly ladies. The lady who did the breakfast shift on saturday was extremely rude, and controlling with the food. She made me feel like i wasnt allowed to be in breakfast area. Or even eating the food.

Very Nice Hotel

The hotel is extremely nice with fantastic staff. We would go back in a heartbeat. My only complaint was our room had the thermostat hanging by the wires over the closet handle. Have two very young kids with me made it a challenge to keep them away from the exposed wires.

very disappointed with the furniture, the couch needs to be replaced. Its smelled like urine and the cushions were flat. VERY uncomfortable to sit on. Dishwasher did not work, Even with the blizzard going on I fel they could have the snow removed at the main door,to prevent falls.

We have stayed at other Staybridge hotels and loved it. Not this one. Our room was VERY dirty. The bathroom shower curtain was dirty, corners of the room were dirty, it looked like something had been spilled down the air conditioner and was not cleaned up, the couch had stains on it, the headboard had visible handprints all over it and was just gross! The list goes on. We were so disappointed! The rest of the hotel lobby areas, breakfast area etc seemed very well taken care of! We were really thrown off by the room. It was gross and if we hadn’t arrived so late we would have asked for a refund and stayed someplace else in the area!
