The hotel is surrounded by busy streets, so a tip would be to pack some ear plugs as noise in the evening and early hours often woke us up. "Hotel was in convenient location, parking not too far away, room and bathroom were nice nice but bed was just a murphy-bed and very hard, the kitchenette had good equipment and nice size fridge, useful laundry facilities on the liwer floor. Few things didn’t work (light on bathroom mirror, towel warmer, a door hinge was broken and some coat hooks were placed in a crazy spot -needs some maintenance!)"

"**Review:** We had an amazing stay at this hotel with Laura as our wonderful host. The location was perfectly situated in New Town, with everything comfortably close and within walking distance. On our first day, the hosts kindly circled must-visit areas on the map, making it easy for us to explore, even with our 5-year-old. Most of staff at checkout are task oriented and their attitude does not reflect the level of service I’d expect in this prestige hotel therefore I will never be back .
