Overall the room and aparthotel was great. Only downside was check in, we had to wait as couldn't check in on the computer and not sure if there was an issue with the booking but took some time to sort out. Also, there was a loud noise/air con/heating in the room and we had a travel cot blocking our exit on the first day. Not sure if the cot was for us, as had specified a family room but children are 10 & 13yrs which was put in at booking (beds were both double and not seperated, so we had to adjust planned sleeping arrangements to accomodate older children, no major issue)

Good hotel. Lacked a few basics though. No hotel slippers and no tissues in the room. Also advertised on Expedia as onsite parking, but it was actually a few mins away. Although a short walk but not convenient with elderly disabled parent, also was in the basement with car lift access which put my driving skills to test (this should be clearly mentioned particularly as it was insanely expensive parking as well)

The room and the rest of the hotel were very clean. The kitchenette in the room had everything needed to make simple meals. I had a very peaceful and comfortable stay. The rooms are well sound proofed. The member of staff who checked me in and out, Ilijia, was friendly, professional and helpful. My only disappointment was that there was not recycling facility for residents.

Unser Flug wirde gecancelled sodass wir erst einen Tag später als geplant einchecken konnten. Die nicht „genutzte“ Nacht konnte natürlich nicht mehr storniert oder erstattet werden. Der Check-In verlief dann aber reibungslos und das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine war leider total feucht (weil nicht ausgelüftet), sodass wir unsere Wäsche aus potentieller Schimmelgefahr nicht waschen wollten… Lüftungs/Heizungssystem funktioniert nur mäßig, man hatte den Eindruck die Fenster wären offen, weil es kalt und laut war. Die Decken sind aber warm genug. Letzter Punkt sind die verstopften Abflussrohre im Bad, sowohl im Waschbecken als auch in der Dusche steht das Wasser und braucht ewig um abzulaufen. Ansonsten aber ein wirklich toll gelegenes Apartment, alles ist zu Fuß oder mit Bussen erreichbar!

Great rooms, ample storage, amenities and space, feels like a studio apartment with the kitchenette included. The bathroom & room were super clean, staff was very responsive and friendly. And the location was great too! Not too far away from the main attractions, in a quieter neighbourhood. Checking in & out was very smooth! Would highly recommend, only drawback is that the tram and bus connectivity is a short walk away.

I arrived at 20:30 and a member of staff informed me that I should go to their other building as my room is there. After some back and forth they found my reservation and gave me the key. This wouldn't have been a big problem as mistakes happen. However, the drain was blocked which I had to report (and it was fixed the following day). There was no attention to details when it comes to cleaning. There was spilled fluid in the microwave and the kettle had residue of a black (burnt) fluid at the bottom. Also in the morning during checkout there was only one member of staff (making coffees for breakfast) and facilitating the checking out process. I wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel located near central tourist attractions. Nice, comfy, spacious rooms, safe and excellent customers service. Clean, hot showers and heaters working properly!!! The only thing that what not 5 ⭐️ is because noises when shuts rooms doors. Thanks Edinburgh people!!! Had a great, friendly and lovely time!!!
