Front desk staff were very helpful with my questions Quick and easy check in and check out. The restaurant served great food and staff were quick with my ordt. Housekeepers did their job keeping the room clean, fresh and tidy.

We’ve stayed here before and it’s clear that the bedrooms have been refurbished as the room was much nicer than last time. The bed was very comfortable and there’s plenty of room to hang your clothes in the wardrobe. The staff are always very polite and helpful. It’s very handy for the zoo and there’s a great Chinese restaurant right opposite.

Holiday inn edinburgh is next to edinburgh zoo so a good hotel for families. Premium rooms are nice and spacious although i did find the bathroom a little cramped for the room type. The reception staff were very good especially at check inn over easter son was so pleased when the recpetion member took over an envelope with Easter things in it, which made him feel very special and rought smile to his face.
