“would return”
very good hotel , ideally placed to visit the attractions
“Would definatley go back lovely!”
SAtandard of hotel was everything I would expect from a 4* Staff were courteous, knowledgable about the area and very polite and attended to your every need. excellent training. rooms were of a very high standard and very clean. Linen was a little poor and was very itchy but clean and fresh. The area it was in was very nice and quiet as were the rooms.

“Great Weekend”
Excellent hotel, BRILLIANT location for ALL ages. i'm 18 and went there with my mate to go shopping and clubbin..was a great weekend. We got helped alot by this great guy at the reception who helped us find the best clubs to go for what kind of music/place we wanted, we went to oceana and panache. brill location for all, whether sightseeing or raving the weekend away!!!
“Excellent”
The hotel was just about everything I wanted for a weekend away with my family. The pool was very good indeed in terms of cleanliness, temperature and equipment provided. The restaurant was 1st class with no cause for complaint at all. I would use the hotel again and recommend to friends and business colleagues without hesitation.
“cheap deal not very good room”
The hotel and the service are very good, however, we had a cheap deal for the weekend and we got a small room where the heating didn't work and it didn't feel very comfortable for two people.

Hotel and parking on site. Never used restaurant so cannot comment. Used leisure facility's that are next door within a short walk distance and are of a high standard. Room up to date with flat screen TV and modern decor ....... and very clean !!!
“Very Helpful”
I found the staff at this hotel very helpful. The range of continental breakfast is vast, but the cooked breakfast quality could have been better. Beware of the per night parking charge. I would stay here again as it's very handy for sights around Bristol.
“Good Business location”
Hotel was good, staff efficient and polite. Multi storey car park is tight for space to move around, but better than nothing.
“Excellent location”
Really enjoyed our stay at the Thistle Hotel, Bristol. The only complaint was the showers in the Leisure area were red hot, making it impossible to have a shower, otherwise everything else was first class.
