“Enjoyed our stay”
My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights at this lovely hotel. The hotel is perfectly located making it easy to walk to shopping, historic sights and restaurants. The customer service of the staff at the hotel was excelllent. The desk clerks were always available to answer questions and recommend itineraries. There was some difficulty in communicating with the staff since Spanish is their main language. However,the staff made an excellent effort to try their use of the English language with us. Our room rate came with a complimentary breakfast buffet. The buffet offered empanadas, eggs, cereal and a wide assortment of fruits and pastries. I would definitely return to this hotel again.
“good location-great people”
This location invites walking- to the Center of the city, to the Plaza San Martin-Florida area, and to the Recoleta area. The staff was open and friendly- it helps to be pleasant yourself. Relax and enjoy the easy going people.
“A good experience”
This is a good hotel, extremely good if we consider the price we paid for. The staff is kind and efficient including the front desk people, the concierges, the waiters and the housekeepers. Good room (with laminate floor, not carpet) , good bathroom. Both corresponded with the pictures we saw previously. A special mention to the breakfast: good quality,abundant and varied. Perhaps -just perhaps- the secret of the smooth running of the hotel is that the manager sat every morning at one corner of the breakfast room and controlled everything. In summary, a very good experience.

The hotel was very well kept. The people were very helpful in setting up tours and answering questions. The food was very good. The location was at the edge of the beautiful recolata neighborhood. I would definately return to this hotel.

“Super hotel”
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. And when I became ill the day I arrived, they got me the medical attention I needed and didnot charge me a dime. They said it was a service of the hotel. The staff was suberb and very good at giving me directions on the map. The Recoletta area was very safe and I felt safe walking around alone at night. the manager was very kind to me as well when I had a problem trying to call LN airlines. He told me where there was a LAN office in the neighborhood. I would defintely recommend this hotel to have a great time in Buenos Aires!

“A Perfect Hotel and Location”
The room was well designed, with a desk and chairs for meetings nicely situated in their own room. Service is perfect, and bi-lingual representatives work at the front desk (Engilsh and Castellano speakers). Location is convenient in a safe part of the Recoleta neighborhood, near tourist attractions and a quick walk to the subway, line D. Numerous little restaurants and store are in the neighborhood, and guests will find themselves almost on Santa Fe Avenue. I recommend this hotel.
