This place was fine for a quick one night getaway, with a good price. The ice machine was broken, which is a bummer, and you can hear conversations pretty easily through the walls. But the staff were kind and the room was clean. I would definitely go again if I wanted to save money.

This is an older building, but room was updated and looks good. No issues with property. I had a relaxing stay and was not charged an arm and leg. Will return next time i am in area.

The floor was sticky, needs cleaned. All construction work looks like it was completed by a high school kid. The bathroom was clean the sheets were clean. You will hear cars all night.

Heater work some time, and every time it’s on kinda loud have to turn the the television volume up

The experience was good, the only thing I didn’t like about it was that IT DID NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONER… It was really hard to have fun with wife cause I sweat a lot…

The room does not have AC. There was no wifi. There was no TV. Many outlets do not work, so my phone actually was not charging. The people in charge said they would contact me about these and other issues, but never did.

Perfect Trip!
We had a great view of the ocean. We opened our curtains to watch the sunset from our bed. We didnt have an air conditioner and some of the other rooms did but our fan worked perfectly with the breeze outside. The location is really great for everything you would want to do in Newport too.

The hotel was fine, the internet was down when we arrived so it took awhile for the representative to get us checked in. He apologized many times for the inconvenience. He did finally just give us our key card snd let us go. Everything else was fine.

Stated it was "Ocean view" but I couldn't see the ocean on the 1st floor. Also the lighting in the shower area could have been brighter! Every thing else was good!

This is a run down motel with paper thin walls. I could hear the people talking in the next room all night long. When they got up in the morning, it sounded like they were in my room, the walls were so thin. This motel had people hanging around the parking lot at all hours, for some reason. Expedia won't let me post what they were doing there so I will leave that up to your imagination. The property was in disrepair. I'll never stay here again. Never felt safe. Property was terrible, room was bare bones.

Our stay
Room was clean but VERY cold. Turned on heater and so loud could barely hear TV. TV sound was set at 48 for listening and could not go higher. Took several hours for room temp to be comfortable.

Great motel willing to work with you and have great parking for all vehicles back street has a place for Semi trucks. Good view of ocean at a distance. No breakfast but think they have coffee. There’s a good a restaurant next door Yummy Bowl and they deliver for $2.

Great crew from front desk to housekeeping didn’t get ocean view this time which was ok just needed sleep. Shopping all around motel and some restaurants. Older motel but they took the carpet out of them which is good

Great ocean view from main road
Easy access to parking and good size parking for bigger vehicles. Great view of ocean from 2-3rd floors. There is AC in the rooms but No Breakfast service. Not the best WiFi in middle of building. 310 is our favorite room. Farmers market on Saturday is close by.

Oregone
No frills, not a resort stay in Newport. Good for the pass through traveler although there is much to see in Newport and south of Newport where it’s more natural beauty than north of Newport to Lincoln. Parking spots get all taken at night so don’t hang out late.

The room was average... a little smelly ... not very good ventilation... the faucet in the shower didnt turn off all the way so it dripped a steady stream of hot water ... the bed was comfortable and the fridge kept foid cold ... guest services was okay but they werent very friendly and hard to understand.
