Staff at check-out was simply rude. I think maybe I disturbed her nap or something. I had to call out for help, was to "You should have just left it there" & she refused to provide a receipt. I hoped one would be emailed (not that Sleepy told me that), but its been over 24 hours since I checked out and still no receipt.

Overall we had a great stay but there was a few issues I’d like to note! The drain didn’t go down and when we tried to call the front desk to fix it they never would answer the phone. We were also told Saturday the pool would be closed for only a hour, then another hour then it was closed all day for maintenance. We tried again Sunday to figure out it was still closed. The parking situation is a bit confusing too so just be weary of that. Other than that the staff is friendly and the breakfast attendants are phenomenal! Me and my bestfriend really enjoyed talking with them during breakfast and she appreciated her birthday soda and candy!

The room was very quiet, which is nice. They know there are 4 guests coming and we had to ask for more towels and no bath soaps. Room furnishings look a bit run down. Needs some attention. Overall it was just OK.

Staff was awesome from the cleaning staff to the ladies taking care of the breakfast each morning. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Charlotte area.
