"my aircon in room 1659 is auto and will set to 22 degrees for many hours ,yes you can decrease it but will go back to 22 degrees which is so hot! I woke up at 2am drench with sweat! I escalate the situation to the receptionist but he laugh at me! He showed no concern and not paying attention to what I say! you need to do something about this person’s attitude! Meanwhile I appreciate Rahim for being attentive to all my needs! He is a delight to guests! He shows big smile and very accomodating!"

"The hotel was beautiful - very nice coffeeshop, restaurants, etc. Loved the pool area and reception level. The room was so inviting to come into out of the heat and just relax. The staff were all lovely. I was able to walk to Marina Bay area - just the Singapore weather can put you off walking too much!! The only slight negative was the hallways to the rooms are a bit dreary but certainly not a big deal. You'd think that having to catch 2 different lifts to your room would be annoying too but actually walking across Level 12 was always quite enjoyable!"
