Requested for a smoking during the booking, which has a choice box. On checking in, was told there is no smoking room in the hotel at all, they had make it 100% non-smoking room a few weeks ago. When I enter the room, I can smell tobacca and I saw a card on the desk (please see attached images) saying that I can ask for a change to a smoking room if I want to. Called the help line, was referred to the manager which happened to be the guy who checked me in earlier, by the name of Jason. He start to rised his voice during the conversation that make me ended the call. Overall a very un stay for me.

The robot is cute! The hotel is a bit worn, can see some dark patches in the toilet. But overall, itโ€™s pretty good for the price.

Was assigned a room with a faulty air conditioner that stayed at 28 degrees, faulty fridge, empty complimentary water bottle, empty snack bar. Had to report it for 5 times and then finally got a room change. Wouldnโ€™t stay again
