“friendly”
We had two rooms for eight of us. The staff was extremely friendly. We we doing two days at Kings Island and the location was great only about five minutes away. We will definitely stay again.
“Nice place and affordable”
This is a nice hotel and provided what we needed for our two night stay. Good if you are traveling to Kings Island because you will have a nice bed to sleep in when you get back. It is nothing extravagent, but who needs that when you are gone all day. Provided basic continential breakfast and staff was pleasant. The facility is a little dated in the hallways (needs new carpeting) but not an issue.
“Very friendly and available for filling special requests”
Our stay at this hotel was relaxing and staff was friendly. We had the pool to ourselves and used it twice with loads of splashing and fun. Waffles were delicious in the morning and enjoyed the juice and coffee all day and evening. Nice neighborhood with lots of green trees around back. Relaxing atmosphere. Had a Bible study with my oldest son, 10, in breakfast area to prevent waking the younger children. Sipped coffee and juice and enjoyed selection of pastries, cereal, and hot waffles while reading about Daniel. Thank you, staff, for an enjoyable get-a-way with my family!

Staff was friendly helpful. rooms were clean well stocked.
“Close to the park”
The location was great. Just mins. away from Kings Island. There are stores and several places to eat nearby The rooms were clean, the noise level from the other rooms and the road were very minimal. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool.
“Great hotel near Kings Island”
I stayed in this hotel with a group of friends on a recent trip to Kings Island. This is an ideal hotel if you're planning a trip there, as it's close to the park (maybe a 5-7 minute drive at most) but far enough away to avoid the traffic and congestion the area around the park has. The staff here is probably the friendliest of any hotel I've ever stayed at and they treated us very well. The staff alone is reason enough to return here. The bedding, carpet and towels in the room were a little worn and had definitely seen better days, but they were clean. Having a mini-fridge in the room was convenient, as we ordered way too much Chinese takeout the first night we were there. The continental breakfast was more than adequate, with a waffle maker, cereal, donuts, bagels and juice just to name what I can remember off the top of my head. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we visit Kings Island.
“Worth the money”
I have stayed at this hotel on 3 separate occasions and I will continue to return. It has the lowest rates around (I stay off season) and is not a "Bates" motel. The up side: its clean, the owner is very friendly (and always there, no strange faces), free breakfast, and there is a pool. The downside: Its decor is outdated, breakfast is limited, it needs some maintenance, and the pool is not heated. The benefit of the low price is well worth the slight disrepair after all if it were 5 star quality it would charge 5 star prices!
“Better Than Expected.”
Was a nice place to stay, especially for the price. Seemed very clean to me, and had lots of amenities like a mini-fridge and microwave. Also is in a good location right outside Cincinnati. Would use this hotel again.
“Good Value.”
The hotel people were very nice and provided helpful information on local restaurants.
“Not impressed”
Was disappointed with this hotel. The indoor pool was not heated and extremely cold. Breakfast area was really small and the breakfast offerings were minimal. Would not recommend this to friends and family. Don't plan on returning.
