On here it says they are pet friendly…they are not! They are only “service animal” friendly. Had stayed here probably two months ago and came back simply because they were pet friendly. The second time I come to stay for one night, I’m suddenly told that they are service animal only hotel and that they “would let it slide this time”. Mind you, was never told this the last time I stayed nor was I ever asked whether she was a service dog or not. I had no issue with the fee or anything. I stayed in the room for 45 minutes and then decided to leave with my dog. I no longer felt comfortable staying there and left to go back home with my dog. Very disappointed and upset on how things went during this so called “stay”. More of like waste of my time and money. I came there to get a night of peace for my mental health and needed my dog with me. I will no longer be staying here and will be contacting the manager to show how what is shown here and on the third party sites is not the same as what is shown on their website about the pet policy. If your looking to book with your non-service dog, please stay away from here.

This was our third stay, on our first almost two years ago the place was clean comfortable with a nice breakfast provided. On our way to visit family for Christmas we had some issues with the room needing some repairs and looking a little neglected. We reported it to the front desk staff when we were leaving and thought perhaps it was just that room, however on our way home we were given a different room that was in worst shape than the previous one and the breakfast was also pretty sad

the tv didn’t work poor internet bathroom had trash in it couldn’t call front desk because phone didn’t work when i told front desk tv doesn’t work they only have live tv which that didn’t work most all hotels motels have basic cable they didn’t have neither for 108 dollars a night for one person the tv should at least had cable they fo not live up to the Wyndham statement at all

We arrived early and told too we were early to check in but for a 20.00 fee could have a room early. At 8:00 AM fire alarms went off woke us up. Then at 8:15 they went off again. Guest slammed doors all morning. Not sure why people can’t leave quietly. The Smart TV wasn’t programmed to work had to get someone from the desk to come to room to set. Just not a good experience.

Breakfast was barely some pancakes or waffles and a few options of bread. There was no milk for the cereal. It seemed to be "very inconvenient" for them to have a little pride in the breakfast options. bed was very hard, back has not hurt in many years and now i have a sore back o deal with. Was clean, but for that price it should take a little more pride in the ownership of a "nice hotel".

New Room Decor

This is an older Baymont so we were pleasantly surprised to find the rooms had recently been redecorated with new carpet and furniture, aswell as fresh paint. The room was spotless and the house keeper was extremely pleasant.

Staff was friendly and accomodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Our main frustration was that they seem to be owned/operated by someone who is cheap to an extreme. I'm sensitive to the general waste in hotels and would prefer there was less... but this was obnoxious. We didnt have any more soap in the room and had to ask for it and got small disposable ones. If you asked for more towels they wanted you to bring your dirty ones to the desk. The breakfast was good but they would put out just enough of certain items for who they saw and you had to ask for more. You have to get ice from the front desk but they told they couldn't fill a small soft cooler. Its fine to try to conserve more than most but it became annoying and frustrating.

Rooms were big and nice. Soft white fluffy towels!! I would give a 5 star, but the pool was closed and i really wanted to get it a swim. Also there was NO ICE maker, you had to ask the front desk and they gave you an ice bucket full. Breakfast was great!!
