Pro-Room was cleanish. Heat/AC worked. All the amenities worked inside the room. Very cheap for a 4day/3night stay. Con-This is an extended stay hotel. People live here. We were surrounded by residents, all who had pets. (Pet hair everywhere in community areas) Cars broken down in the lot. We were without water for 10ish hours due to a water line break that was the property’s responsibility. Unsecured entrances to the living areas meaning random people could just walk through the doors. People sleeping in the hallways. House keeping was horrible. I’ll never stay here again. Ever.

We were placed here because our Match 14, 2024 VRBO home was no longer available. We bike a fantastic price on the full house, so a comparable priced room was much smaller and further away from the University of Dayton where our event was. This extended stay had questionable clientele hanging out in the parking lot smoking, blocking the entrance. The entrance and the hallways were filled with cigarette smoke and litter. Because of the extended stay status, cats and dogs were permitted on the premises. A dog kept us up the first night. Additionally, we believe a cat ir dog was in our room prior to our stay and the room wasn't completely sanitized, because both of of broke out with itchy eyes and runny noses. We were told there was a kitchenette in the room, we weren't told that there weren't any kitchen supplies. Not even a styrofoam cup for the coffee. The placid cup was nearly impossible to drink the hot coffee from. One of out rooms had the security latch engaged and we couldn't get in the room. Luckily, there was another room available on the other side of the hotel. Luckily too, the second room was for my adult child and not a teenager or I would have felt comfortable or safe letting them stay in the room so far away. The absolute only positive, was the hotel clerk that checked ys in. I wish I knew his name, but he was professional, courteous, and welcoming.

My grandson stayed there last night. They said that was the worst hotel or motel. They’ve ever stayed in and they have been in many because they are hockey players and they travelled round a lot. They didn’t feel safe. They watched their car all night. Thought it might be stolen shouldn’t even be allowed to have guests.

They advertise no toothpaste but also do not provide any toiletries at all. They wouldn’t return my deposit, which was charged to my credit card separately from the room charge. I left the room clean, but I’m still trying to get my deposit back. I recommend that you take pictures - before and after. Also, I made a reservation on Expedia, stating that the reservation price includes all expenses and everything, but my credit card was charged about $12 more than the Expedia reservation amount. I saw some bugs, but I don’t know what kind of bugs they were. The coin operated laundry machines are very expensive - more than most laundromats. The Studio 6 Suites Motel is only slightly better than the Red Horse Motel in Moraine, which is the worst I’ve ever seen, ever.
