The check in early to get 3 rooms together was wonderful. Peter assigned our rooms so family members could be close. When the kids had trouble getting the TV to work, they came to the room quickly to help.

Not sure why this place gets poor reviews, it was a fine place to stay. It’s what you’d expect for a hotel in the suburbs, clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good!

We made a reservation with expedia. When we checked in, we were given a room with 2 very small beds instead of the king suite we paid for. Room smelled like a combo of a gym locker room and alcohol, wet spots in the carpet. Called the front desk and they said house keeping was not available and no other rooms available that night. After checking out, we found out we had been charged TWICE for the KING SUITE room. 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of them to no avail.

Unbeatable

One night quick stay for a wedding. Cannot possibly beat this for the price. Great water pressure in shower and comfortable bed. Spacious room with microwave and fridge. Will be back here next time i come to the Cincy area.

Wevspent a night on our trip to midwest. It was okay for a night. Finding parking was difficult. The hotel is old. The breakfast was average. Front desk service was good.
