“cozzy and contemporary hotel”
The place is very nice, very comtemporary and artistic decor. It's a new hotel and very clean. The room is very cozzy and comfortable especially the bed and pillows. I felt very relaxed and the location is quiet and peaceful for a good night sleep. For the price you are paying, it's all worth it. I highly recommend it. Probably one of the best place for me so far.
“A Great Hotel”
I went to Cincinnati the Cubs series there and could not find a hotel downtown or in Kentucky so I was forced to stay on the Northside. It turned out good all around for me actually. I did not have to pay the high downtown prices, and was only 15 minutes away. There are a lot of great places to eat on the Northside, we ate at Dave and Busters. We had access to all major highways to Cinci, and home. The room itself was great also. The hotel appeared to have recently received a makeover. it looked great. The king bed was comfortable as can be. There was a flat screen tv in the room along with free wireless inernet, and the toiletries were from bed bath and beyond. Overall this is a great place to stay no matter what you are in town for.

“Best in Northern Cincinnati for the family”
Our stay was wonderful. Staff was helpful and courteous with even the most minor needs. They even provided driving directions to local attractions (including the mall)! With picky eaters, room service was extremely helpful in finding local venues to satisfy the kids' tastes. Rooms were extremely clean and impressive with their homey yet luxurious-looking style. Beds were plush and extremely comfortable with extra pillows already in the room! It was made to feel almost like home rather than a boring hotel room! The indoor pool was an added plus for the kids with towels provided poolside. We have stayed in this area many times and this hotel has the best accommodations by far. We will be booking with them again! Thanks for a weekend vacation made over-the-top!
“Awesome Hotel”
This hotel is awesome. The staff is amazing!! My niece was sick and running a fever. So my sister went down to the front desk to ask where the nearest store was and the hotel manager ask why? My sister told her her daughter was sick and the manager said she would go get the tylenol. When she got back she brought each kid a prize. She was amazing and very helpful. Our stay was awesome:)
“Overall good stay”
We had an overall good stay. We had to switch rooms though. Our first room had a musty smell that revealed to us water in the carpet from the outdoor sprinklers evidently. I thought it was from the air conditioner leaking. Then again im not hotel maint. The staff was very nice about us getting us our second room and didnt give us a hard time at all .We got our second room and it was not smelly and quite nice. The bed was great and the TV was also very nice as well. The only problem with our second room was the fact that it was close to the highway which ran by the hotel. So the highway noise while trying to sleep was rather unpleasent. They had a free breakfast however we were craving a nearby restaurant so we ate there. Overall good experience.
“If in area would stay again”
It is a new hotel and they are still learning what needs to be done and when to do it, but our stay was ok. The indoor pool was so cold we had to leave after only staying around 15 mins, but other then that we had a good time.

Continental breakfast was good, business room helped me check my email, wish there were more resturants in the area.

Very helpful personnel, nice facility, great breakfast, room next to highway too noisy.
“Covers the Basics”
Positive points: Very helpful staff. Breakfast included: better than many others. Good location. Fast Food to Excellent Dining nearby. Quiet and peaceful. Other points: No hot tub, indoor pool nice but chilly, Problems with dooor key (they took care of twice).
