"We checked in Sunday and informed the front desk we had emotional support dogs. Despite the hotel not being pet-friendly, this was approved, so we believed everything was fine. Two days later, the manager, Damajeet, approached me outside and strongly reiterated that the hotel isn’t pet-friendly. I explained again that the dogs were ESAs and offered documentation. She questioned their validity because they weren’t wearing vests (not required for ESAs). She confirmed with the front desk that we had disclosed the dogs at check-in, but still pressed the issue—asking when we were leaving, why the dogs weren’t on short leashes (they were using the bathroom in an empty lot), and said she was scared of them after approaching us herself. After returning to my room, my key no longer worked, requiring a trip to the front desk. While getting the requested paperwork, she called and rushed me. When I brought the letter, she barely reviewed it and seemed unsure what she was looking at. When I asked if everything was resolved, I received a reluctant “yes.” The rest of the stay felt tense and uncomfortable. It felt like she was looking for a reason to put us out, though we had done nothing wrong. Positives: friendly front desk staff, comfortable beds, quiet location. Negatives: no breakfast, pool closed, one shared microwave, bathroom ceiling damage. Overall, the room was fine, but the experience with mgmt made the stay unwelcoming and had my anxiety on high alert. "

"Called ahead to confirm we were arriving late and needed a pack and play for our baby. Request was noted on original booking, listed as an available item and messaged the hotel 1 week prior. Arrived well after midnight not only was there no pack and play in the room as promised when called earlier in the day they did not have any in the hotel. Or as I was so considerately told at 1am “that’s a negative on the pack and play” when I asked what I was supposed to do with my infant son was told place some pillows around he’ll be good. What we did find in the room where stains and torn carpet, someone’s old pretzels on the floor, dirty sink and couch, broken heating/cooling system and a nasty smell . It was so late we all went to bed after my husband returned to the now parked car to retrieve our pack and play under all the weeks luggage. In the morning whenI asked for a man was told that they weren’t working the weekend. I also tried to get my parking validated as I was told the night before that sis Che we weren’t there long enough they didn’t do that. I had to pay the $12 fee. When I returned to pay it was $20 for under 12 hours when it says free parking as an amenity as well. We will not be returning and I plan on contacting corporate. That room was awful!!!"

"This property was awful. I couldn’t even stay one night out of what was supposed to be a three night stay. I left and found a different property down the street. It felt old, run down and dirty. It had a weird smell to it. The walls are paper thin. Ppl next to me were blasting music, when I called down to the desk to ask them to turn it down it got worse. I’d rather have slept in my car."

"The hotel is nice and well maintained, and the lounge and bar area are especially enjoyable. The live band was excellent and added to the overall atmosphere. However, our experience at the bar was disappointing. The server was quite pushy, rushing us to order drinks, food, and even dessert in quick succession, which didn’t allow us time to relax and enjoy the ambiance. Later, she asked us to close out our tab because her shift was ending, which felt unprofessional and rude. Additionally, the bartender prepared a drink for my wife that had far too much milk and not enough of the actual ingredients, and even shared part of her drink with another couple. The glass was also filled with an excessive amount of ice, leaving very little actual cocktail. Overall, while the hotel itself is very pleasant, the bar service significantly detracted from our experience."
