"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room small, with only a desk chair to sit in. Not very well thought out furnishings. Recently renovated, bathroom was nice, however drywall had been used near wet areas around shower and had black mold. Great location for those that want to experience downtown Cincinnati. "

"The entire stay was great. Valet staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, the coffee shop and onsite bar were both very clean and welcoming. Morning coffee and nightly cocktails were well-crafted and fairly priced. We really appreciated the kindness of the bar staff, the conversation and attention to detail made for a wonderful end to our evening. "
