"We had a great experience at this hotel. Blue Ash is a nice town with a very nice park area near by. Summit Park is the park. We were still close to Cincinnati Zoo and Great American Ball Park. I believe it was about a 20minute drive but easy. Sammy's Craft Burgers is also a good restaurant next door."

"The room was spacious. However, there were signs of wear and tear, especially the toilet and a rollout table, which had a broken leg. When we asked staff to replace or fix the broken leg on the table, we were told maintenance was not in that day and we would have to wait until the following day for it to be repaired. That was unacceptable. When the frantes person was asked other questions, he seem uninformed. Overall, this property did not meet expectations and clearly not up to the standard of other Home2 properties where we have stayed."
