"Very friendly staff, clean place."

"The AC was good the breakfast and pool area nice but the room was terrible. The bathtub had a lot of rust and peeling and cracking. It was so bad that I wouldn’t even take a shower in there. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets had piles all in them and didn’t look very clean. The amenities were fine, but the room and the bathroom was not good. It looked like it was not kept up to date."

"Terrible. There was no sign outside and as soon as I walked in the building, it smelled terrible! I cancelled my reservation immediately and when I tried to get my money back from the insurance company they asked me for documents that I do not have so I did not get my money back. Never using Expedia ever again to book anything. "

"The biggest problem had to do with the staff not being able to get into the housekeeping. We asked for extra blankets and pillows for our 2 kids who were sharing the pull out. They told us there was a bag in the closet. The blanket that was in the bag was filthy. I called the front desk and asked for more and they said they could not get into housekeeping so we had to use sheets. Then the conditioner in the bathroom was either empty or broken. Then we called the next day for extra blankets and pillows, they could only give us 1 pillow and 1 blanket even though our room was booked for 4. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable we didn't sleep much, the tvs didn't have any streaming at all (which is petty but weird that in 2026 they don't have smart tvs in a nicer place like this). We also asked for paper towel and toilet paper, which I guess they could only offer 1 of each to. We asked for a later checkout but they could only allow a max of an extra hour. We were never offered any complimentary anything or even a discount on our bill when we voiced how unhappy we were. I just expected better for what we paid. "
