"We spent our honeymoon in Barcelona and the hotel was so amazing! The staff at check in and check out were the most friendly. They took such good care knowing it was our honeymoon including a bottle of cava and decorations in the room with chocolates! "This was my 3rd stay at Hotel Colon and it was another wonderful stay. I love the helpful staff and the great central location in Barri Gothic. We arrived early and our room was ready, which I really appreciated. Our room was located on the 3rd floor that was totally renovated one month ago. Comfortable design room with super comfy bed. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. Roof top terrace has been totally renovated as well and just reopened without the pool. "

"This is in a very good location. It is near in some of the Landmarks in Barcelona and is in a walking distance. There are so many shops and Restaurant around the area. The rooms are OK it's clean the only downside is that there is no coffee/tea maker in the room.Breakfast could at least be served with baked beans also the tomatoes are served whole instead of slices.The area felt safe.The staff are OK but does not entertain guest nicely and don't really feel welcome.It's like they are there to do...
