Very very clean hotel. The breakfast room sparkled, nice choices for breakfast plus eggs available. Staff is courteous and helpful. The bed was comfortable and we got extra blankets when we asked. An added shelf on the bathroom or room wall would be nice.

The property inside was great. Room size great and staff were exceptional. I did have difficulty finding the entrance to hotel No visible sign with hotel name. As well, every night of our stay between 11 pm and 1 am, there were people being quite loud outside our window. I would ask for a room not next to street.

One of those property with tiny 4 by 3 feet elevators. But service is the deal breaker for me. The lady at the front desk gave our ride to the train station by offering us breakfast even though I refused and we didn't include that in our accomodations. We almost missed our train and it was raining. They also didn't help us carry our bags to our rooms. Bad experience overall.

The staff were fantastic only downside was the bed only had thin sheets and no light-weight duvets. The hair dryer was on and off and needed an upgrade. Location is very central to everything within walking distance to major attractions but just be very aware within the surroundings of the hotel as it’s not the best area. Jetted-tub was a bonus and it’s a clean property. Also, please include iron/ironing board or a portable steamer in the rooms as it was inconvenient not having one readily available.

The room was a good size, there were people using drugs around the area and it smell urine every morning when you came out to go for breakfast.

Excellent location

The location is excellent! Room was good size, better than expected. Unfortunately, on day 2 (of total 5 nights), huge renovation started, making the stay rather uncomfortable. They should probably have closed down a few days instead or offered a huge discount. Thanks to incredibly welcoming and understanding staff, the overall experience is very good, as they arranged for a refund for almost half our stay! We could definitely stay here again when finished renovation.

Good for the price in BCN for the end of June

The cleanness of the room should be improved (even under the bed). From the pictures on the website, it was not shown that the sink and the shower were in the middle of the bedroom (shower fenced by transparent glasses) without an efficient vapor fan. This cause the entire room to be steamy when taking a shower, and force you to turn on the AC (not very eco-friendly). Anyway the staff was very kind and available to satisfy all other needs.

Das Zimmer war super und das Hotel insgesamt sauber mit tollen und sehr hilfsbereiten MitarbeiterInnen. Die Umgebung ist in Ordnung, aber nicht toll - allerdings gibt es ein paar nette Restaurants in einem 10-Minuten Radius und das Hotel liegt recht zentral. Das einzig Negative war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht wirklich funktioniert hat und es leider sehr warm in unserem Zimmer war.

This was unfortunately the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked for 3 nights but ended up leaving after just one. The location felt extremely unsafe. The street outside constantly smelled of urine, and there were drug users and homeless people loitering around the entrance throughout the day. The hotel is only a few metres away from a very unsafe neighbourhood. Soundproofing was non-existent — I could hear people yelling, glass bottles breaking, and other disturbances all night long, making it impossible to sleep. There was also an issue with the toilet not flushing properly. The room itself was fairly clean and the staff were genuinely kind and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, everything else made my short stay unbearable, and I would not recommend this hotel.
