Excellent location

The hotel offers a comfortable night and it is pretty clean. The most important thing is that the hotel is in the city center, close to Catalunya Square and most of the other must-see locations.

The location is great, close to Paseo de Gracia. The hotel though is expensive, aged, the cleaning upon arrival was not great (floor was sticky) and phone was not working to call reception... Very bad value for money overall. I will not come back until it is modernized.

Great location. Front desk staffs are friendly and efficient. Room size is average but don't have much lightings. I stayed one night before going for the cruise in BCN and I stayed one night at this same hotel after get off the ship. The room was decent and clean for the first night I stayed. However the hotel room was not in a very good shape for my second stay. The tiles inside the room and the bathroom were uneven. Water mark stain on the edge of the bathroom walls and the doors. There must be a flood inside the room sometime ago but not repaired in detail after. I was very disappointed with that.

It was our family trip and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Frontdesk staffs were kind and friendly. We had noise issue from the next room which could have been a nightmare, however frontdesk staff was prompt enough to resolve the issue immediately which was grateful. Breakfast was also great, various selections for good meals.

It was an excellent choice to book in this hotel,we were close to everything in the city you can walk to many places or just take a taxi,very close to public transportation too.in the hotel they are very kind,the hotel and all around there is very safe,I'll back in the future to this place my family and I we feel really pleased to spend ours nights there.
