“The Place to Stay in Delhi”
The hotel was in a great place, very easy to get to and surrounded by great restaurants, bookstores, shops and boutiques. The service was great and staff were friendly. The hotel itself is clean, safe and secure. I think the hotel price reflected good value and within the hotel it had good facilities and places to eat.
“Excellent and Professional Hotel”
Check in with immaculately dressed and courteous staff ... dinner choices are great (as was the dinner buffer) and the food is excellent (breakfast is very good too) ... right through to the happy doorman who always has a smile on his face, the Hans is a wonderful hotel in the middle of hectic Delhi. Beyond this, its location is incredibly central to CP and there's a metro station downstairs. In any future travels through Delhi, it will be the first place I consider.
“Highly recommended”
A very comfortable hotel in a great location at a great price. It is somewhat in the "faded glory" stage of life, but the service is exceptionally good. The breakfast is very good, as is the on-site Italian restaurant. The location is very central for seeing all of the major sights in Delhi.
“Good one!!!”
The hotel is good for stay for anyone and everyone. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Located in the city centre gives you access to everything nearby. Worth spending money on.
“V Good”
Just spent the night, so can't sy much. Think the room was as rated. Staff service was execellent.
“they take care of you”
The food at the hotel was excellent. IThe staff went all out to take tare of the guests.
“Great stay but...3 things to look at!”
Overall great stay, clean, nice, good location close to the metro, plenty of taxis during traffic hours, nice European style cafe to have your business meetings. Practical for Pragati Maidan if you attending an expo. Just two metro stops away is Pragamti Maidan metro station. KEY THINGS: The hotel doesn't have a sign outside, nor numbers. You must guess where it is! Print the picture of the hotel so that you can recognize the building from distance. Its new and taxi drivers don't know it so my EasyCab taxi from the airport asked me to step off the taxi as according to his theory, his responsibility was to bring me to somewhere in Barakamba road where the hotel should be. Not exactly at the hotel given that he doesn't know it! So I got there at night after 15 hours of travel, with 38 degrees Celcius (summer/hot) after a long stop over with luggage in the middle of somewhere without knowing even if I was in the right district. It was extremely stressful not to know if I will be able to find somewhere to sleep that night and with everything closed and loads of people in the streets and beggars etc... SECOND: Don't take an interconnected room which has a door connecting 2 rooms. No sound insulation! THIRD: They tend to over-change mini bar so clear your mini bar account every day otherwise you will be amazed at your check out of the charges they will be asking.
“Price matches quality”
Even though the 22 storeys concrete building of the hotel looks a little bit shabby from the outside, the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel and , in particular, of our king bed room on the 19-th floor were excellent. Air conditioning was excellent, so me and my wife survived 42 C very easily. As for included breakfast, one can make a choice between Indian and European cuisine. The latter is nice. The hotel is situated in the downtown of New Delhi in relatively calm area, from where you can reach shopping area on foot and all the sightseeing points by taxi for a reasonable price. The hotel price matches its quality.
“Good bussines hotel”
It is a confortable hotel in a good location, but it is small, and therefore altmost always full.
“Sanctuary in the middle of Delhi”
Although the hotel is nothing special, it was an affordable respite in the middle of Delhi. I was a bit disappointed that the toilet would not flush toilet paper in the first room we had. The hotel resto was good - there aren't that many safe eating establishments in Delhi.
