"Stayed a short two nights. The room was spacious, comfortable and although on lvl 2 of the resort the view was still stunning. Had breakfast once but was expensive and average so we chose to eat elsewhere the rest of the time. All in all while the product sold was excellent, in terms of value for money i would not recommend nor would i stay here again. We picked this place to experience the grandeur of a bygone era, and two nights at AUD3,000 was a bit steep. Super convenient for the gondola,...

"Really nice hotel for the price. Love that the pool and hot tub is 24h. Airport shuttle service is easy and convenient. Only downfall is the typical over charge for forgotten essentials like tooth paste, tooth brush, and cutlery. Other than that, I would recommend checking this place out!"

"Stay was ok! Room was very nice, spacious as well. Appreciated the little kitchenette during our stay. Service from check in was not very friendly. I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. We asked for extra pillows after we returned from dinner, and the lady at the front desk gave us a facial reaction like we were crazy, and then she said they had no pillows. We also asked for a blow dryer, because we assumed the room would be equipped with one, but now I...

"This was in a nice and quiet location. Front desk staff were super nice and accommodating. Short drive to West Edmonton Mall, which is why we stayed here. We stayed in the queen suite and it was a really nice size and a huge fridge and sink was such a bonus plus tons of table space. Would highly recommend staying here! "
