The rooms are always very clean. Underground parking is a huge plus on cold days. Staff is always friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet option added on the weekends and the sushi restaurant attached is great. The downside is I choose this location specifically for the amenities and they have had issues with the pool/sauna/hot tub and gym for the last couple visits which can be disappointing.

I stayed at this hotel for a medical convention. Room was large and clean with a good work desk and chair. Lots of power outlets by desk and beside bed. Room was quiet but workers outside the hotel started what sounded like Leaf blowers at 6 am.

All in all this is a nice hotel and in a great location! They are still renovating the property and the parts that are done are fantastic! We didn’t have a renovated room but it was still comfortable and clean. The electrical outlets were hit and miss and miss if they worked and honestly could use more if you have more than one person staying in a room. The pool was out of order but the sauna and hot tub were great and the gym is huge! Parking is a little confusing at first and could be clearer that it’s a one way .. it is Alberta and a lot of us like to back into our spots… you can’t do this here on the sides of the hotel. I would still give this property another chance when back in the city!
